Ex-Evansville officer convicted of sex charges

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) -- Jurors have convicted a former Evansville police officer on charges that he forced two women into sex acts while he was on duty.    The Vanderburgh County jury found 29-year-old Martin Montgomery guilty of two felony counts of criminal deviate conduct on Tuesday.    Prosecution witnesses testified that Montgomery on separate instances in 2008 and 2009 forced women into ......
