Evansville man charged with animal cruelty (Evansville Courier & Press)

A 54-year-old Evansville man was arrested Tuesday and charged with 13 counts of animal cruelty after allegedly neglected horses were found at property on 2400 South Green River Road in Evansville.Steven Lee Duncan, Sr., of 409 Richardt Street in Evansville was in jail Tuesday night on $650 bond.Lt.
