I'm currently a high school sophomore that just a few short months ago believed I had it all figured out. I was dead-set on going to Pratt Institute (NY) and getting a major in journalism and minor in photography, planning to work for the New York Times. It still sounds great and all, and I honestly believe I have that potential, but I've started to consider more things. My interests of study include: - Journalism (written, not broadcast) - Creative Writing (this has been my strongest area since elementary school) - Photography (perhaps as a part-time job, like for birthdays / weddings / etc.) - Social Work / Women's Studies (think Women's Crisis Center) - Theatre (set / costume design, stage management, perhaps as a part-time job) Due to my current confused state of mind, I would like opinions. I am aware both of these schools offer BFA's in Creative Writing, which really pleases me. Please offer me any advice, especially if you have been to either of these schools.
